5C: Neighborhood Identity + Placemaking Assistance
To promote resident pride and celebrate the diversity of neighborhood personalities, develop a program that supports smaller-scale, neighborhood-driven placemaking projects. This program could include packaging professional branding with implementation assistance like graphic design, landscape design, and artistic concepts, as well as grant support for physical implementation.
