Our ability to attract, train, and grow workers is essential to fill the projected employment needs of the industry and address structural shifts enabled by gig employment platforms. Further, we must better understand the role of our industry in broader economic development and inclusive growth conversations, including living wage, economic mobility, and career pathway contributions.
