3:Maximize Human Expression + Emotional Bond

As a relatively new city without an abundance of major distinguishing natural features, our ability to cultivate creativity is essential to distinguishing Indy from other communities. In other words, what makes Indy special is what Indy creates. From art and music to food and sports, Indy’s culture is what will make us an appealing place to live and visit. In cultivating these cultural offerings, it also helps break down cultural barriers and provides experiences that are very diverse and inclusive.
